I have lived and worked in the Pikes Peak Region for most of my life. As a licensed realtor with over 30 years of experience, I pride myself in EXCEPTIONAL service, knowledge of real estate, and the building process. My husband is a licensed contractor and has given me the benefit of free education in building & construction. From my experiences, I have become an expert in listings, military relocation, income property/1031 exchanges, vacant land, wells and septic, and new construction. I enjoy sharing this knowledge and working with my brokerage to provide mentorship to new agents. When I am not working with clients, I take my time to enjoy fishing and photography.
